Do like this to your arms

swing your head like this and careful…
everyone can do it right?hehe

smash your head
if you still sleepy

act like a bird..i believe i can fly
make yourself happy

give a vibration to your body

Now,do some aggressive act
don’t care what people say to you

remove your stress

swing your head again.
